The City of Fort St. John intends to select a qualified IPD General Contractor and Architect through the selection process outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected IPD General Contractor and 
Architect will have directly related IPD experience and proof of successful delivery of IPD projects similar in scope to the described work. 

Selection will be based primarily on qualifications, rate sheet, profit expectation, and ability to collaborate. A selection interview with two shortlisted proponents will require attendance of the IPD General 
Contractor’s and Architect’s key personnel who will be assigned directly to the delivery of the project from the start of the Validation Phase through to completion and commissioning.
