The City of Fort St. John, together with current IPD team members Chandos Construction LP and hcma architecture + design intend to select qualified IPD Consulting and Trade Partners through the selection process outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected IPD Consulting and Trade Partners will have directly related experience and proof of successful delivery of projects similar in scope to the described work.

This RFP is looking for individual submittals for the following IPD Partners, joint submissions will not be considered from multiple scopes listed below (for example a submission of a combined Electrical Engineering Consultant and Electrical Trade Partner will not be accepted).  Joint Venture Submission for a single scope will be acceptable (for example the submission of two combined electrical trade partners):

1. Structural Engineering Consultant
2. Structural Steel Trade Partner
3. Mechanical Engineering Consultant
4. Mechanical Trade Partner (excluding Pool Scope that will be procured later)
5. Electrical Engineering Consultant
6. Electrical Trade Partner
7. Civil Engineering Consultant

Selection will be based primarily on qualifications, rate sheet, profit expectation, and ability to collaborate. A virtual selection interview may form part of the evaluation process and will require the attendance of key personnel who will be assigned directly to the delivery of the project from the start of the Validation Phase through to completion and commissioning.
